I would suggest that the character will change if we use the perfect outfit like the hazmat outfit his appearance will change also in the game or cutscene he will change into hazmat or kevlar depending om perfect matched outfit

To be honest I respect your decision but these are my rankings At 4 we have the extra crit chance armour like it has a bad skill because 5%is not much at all and bad defence At 3 we have extra radioactive protection because trust me it has good a good skill but not much places are radioactive and you such a variety of stuff to to protect yourself and it doesn't even do that much damage and the defence is ok At 2 we have the protection one cause hear me out ik that it's great but still people don't take damage that often and if thay do people just take the chest piece and it's all good and I am taking about the entire set At 1 we have the extra movement speed and it's just very useful like 25% extra speed and such good armour but it costs so much gold coins so yea but other than that it is very useful By the cost rankings are as follows:- 1st protection armour 2nd extra speed 3rd extra crit 4th radioactive protection This took a lot of time to write so I hope you put it in a video

For the Kevlar armor, at the end of the Springfield missions, you can obtain the Kevlar vest. There’s also another mission at City Of the sun that gives the Kevlar boots

First I used normal clothes pants shirt etc. Then I got the skull set it's good in Springfield then I got the kevlar set.

Swat armour is underrated man ive been shreading through city of the sun with minimal effort with that armour so glad i replaced my old skull armour

Where can you buy the critical armor set? also if you're still finishing the game, I recommend that you should get the Kevlar armor. TONS OF BANDITS, just get the critical armor set when you're grinding in open world
