SE1 biggest issue is that while in theory it allows for these awesome scenarios, in reality performance is just dogshit and if you are not in the same country even inputs are affected by the ping on top of the viscous sim speed. I really hope SE2 can bring a 10x+ performance increase.

Nice video, enjoyed the content. Also, bit of a small correction. That sg fighter was Starburst. I was driving Washington. :P

Player vs player or player vs admin is peak content in Space Engineers, gotta see more of this. 💯 EDIT: I think the best way to keep viewer retention is to speed up certain parts while still keeping commentary cause imo space engineers can seem very slow at certain times.

Imagine a city that uses small vehicle drones (dunno if its possible in se) that have warheads on em. The wall would be breached fast

Love space engineers, but I always feel like it's suffers too much from the data it's using. Like it has so much potential to make epic battles and adventures between players, but klang and the physics it uses also limits how big and epic the grids can be. Seem a few servers just die/slow to a crawl because it can't handle terrain deformation and a number of active grids. Think biggest thing is it seems to be lacking is things to do in single player, sure you can mod it, to include better ai ships, but even then just would like some inbuilt elements from empyrion galaxy survival

It's funny how they're trying to recreate the final battle in the Mortal Engines movie considering how god awful and terrible the Mortal Engines movie is.

Ignoring the awful movie, the concepts presented were actually pretty cool

Mortal Engines is not just a movie, and as another commenter said, you don't need to focus on the bad script of the movie when the concept of Municipal Darwinism is just soo cool!
