You’ve got so much time to grow, my advice would be to focus on yourself and enjoy your time in high school. Love is cool and all but only when it’s with someone who truly loves you back, someone who respects you, admires you, acts as not only a lover but a best friend. Don’t give your precious time to someone who doesn’t give back what they’ve received from you. I chased that feeling of love all through high school because I hated feeling lonely and honestly all it did was land me in an abusive relationship where I was mentally devastated the entire time. Now I’m older, I have a daughter with a girl that I enjoy being with and I’m not going to lie I look back to the time I was in high school and right after high school and I wish I didn’t waste it chasing love, I wish I spent it getting into trouble with the boys, doing dumb things a stupid teenager would do and just having fun. Even now I’m young, only 23, I enjoy my early 20s going out to bars with my girl and stuff but man don’t rush a single thing. Enjoy life, fuck girls, enjoy your friends, family and hobbies! Prioritize yourself! Don’t let some stupid girl change your perspective on relationships! You’re still so young man.

💪 get some help. You got so to 99% of it though. Do some mediation, deep breathing, maybe 50 push-ups a day. Possibly a 30 minute walk outside. Do at least two positive things everyday and push yourself to do them. Eventually it will be nature If you want to seek true happiness look to religion. Parts of the world will scoff at you for it. Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Shintoism. All of them have good principles, but look towards Christianity the most. Just a chapter or two a day. I recommend not expecting it to be quick or easily understandable. It’s difficult to understand. Or even just some talks with God while staring at your ceiling. All of those help I want to see you become the happy Wojack not this one.

I don’t know enough to give justice to your situation, but in my experience you can still love someone and leave them. It won’t erase the pain, and it doesn’t mean you should forgive them just like that, but it does mean that the time you spent together and the feelings you shared still have meaning.
