My favorite Waltons was grandpa and grandma. Grandpa always had a story to tell and a answer for your question. And Martha Corrine was a wonderful character.

They actually wrote the grandma character as a sweet old lady, but the actress said the show needed someone contrary, so she created the cantankerous grandma, and it worked.

Kari Evjy David Harper is a somewhat shy and very private person, and he seldom grants interviews. He DOES, however, occasionally participate in Walton fan gatherings, though somewhat rarely. He reportedly lives in the Los Angeles area, but avoids the film and television scene. He reportedly also spends time near other family members in Abilene, Texas, where he is originally from. Kami Kotler got a degree in education and taught school in Virginia for quite a few years. Like Judy Norton, the has done a number of KZbin podcasts in which she looks back on her memories of working on “The Waltons”.

I was crazy about John-Boy. Loved the show, but had to watch it when done living in Norway for almost the entire run of the series. Caught the first year while living in MA, and then moved overseas. Absolutely loved re-living the entire series.

My fave was Will Geer, aka Zebulon Walton. I also adored Joe Conley who played Ike Godsey. As a side note, Michael Learned visited my town, years ago, to see our outdoor drama, Tecumseh! I was a volunteer hostess for Tecumseh! and it took every ounce of my being not to approach her and drool all over her, Waltons fan that I am! Tecumseh! Is a wonderful drama and I truly hope that she enjoyed it!
