Waluigi's moveset in Smash would for sure be based on the sports games. Neutral special = soccer ball kick, side special = fastball pitch charge, etc. Maybe a basketball dunk? From Mario Hoops 3-on-3? And the final smash would have to be a tango sequence with the rose.

Waluigi's smash moveset should definitely play up his lankiness. He has great reach, runs quickly (but awkwardly, he just has a massive gait), and jumps super high. He would be so OP. My pitch is Waluigi's Haunted House It is a mission based game where every mission is a day. At the beginning of the day, you find out who is coming to the haunted house that day. You need to figure out what they are afraid of, and build your haunted house to scare them as much as possible. You are scored based on how long they stay in the haunted house.
