They arn't wearing glasses cause of a hangover. Tom's wearing glasses because he went out alone and 4 guys beat him up. He didn't want people or paparazzi asking what happened so he is wearing glasses. Nathan is wearing them so Tom doesn't seem rude or something and Max is wearing them for that reason as well :)

Because Tom (the one who has the girl on his sweater) got beaten up by 4 guys and he had a black eye. So he was wearing sunglasses because he didn't want to show it and he didn't want it to get any attention whatsover. Nathan (the other one, with his snapback) is wearing them too just so Tom wouldn't be the only one. They don't try to come over as 'rude' or 'cool' in any way.
