On your personal starship there is a mission terminal. I believe that the mission is called The War For Iokath or something similar - the quest description will describe it well. I think that if you have done any of the missions after this one then it's unavailable but I haven't tested to find out. The playlist I have for the Sith Warrior has all of the patch/expansion missions in chronological order.
