Some of the best prison wardens started out as educators, not corrections experts. These prisoners missed a part of the life education that you get when you're a teen. So when they come into prison as adults, they need to have that missing education replaced. Start by making them work every day.

yeah we're all human... that's no joke! i've been in some fucked up situations, been in trouble, came close to having some real problems for myself. but i decided to change my life, take hold of the steering wheel and guide my destination... that's the difference between I and a criminal in prison

It's really difficult to say that minorities don't have the same opportunities as majorities, because it's simply not true. In fact, I know here in the states, minorities are more inclined to be hired simply due to the fact that they're minorities, and the majorities are becoming the "minorities."
