So I’m like 56 years old and have a 17 year old daughter that I have introduced to The Warning. I have been so impressed by this band and each talent each member brings. Myself and my daughter got front row at Louder than Life at Louisville Kentucky and I made sure to position left of stage just so I could hopefully hear Ale’s baseline. It was awesome!!! So if Ale looked down and saw a crazy 56 year old bearded man singing the words and making sure my daughter heard me … lol . Not a day goes by that this band gets played. Hope to see a full set show soon. So much talent!!

We've known for a very long time that Ale is a very talented bassist, but being able to hear her playing so clearly in this song and in other recent clips has REALLY brought her technical abilities and melodic sensibilities into the spotlight like never before. Amazing concert; it needs to be released on Blu-ray and multiple CDs. This is the best version of Animosity. Dany's vocals are stellar, but the biggest change is finally bringing Ale's remarkable Bass forward in the mix. It's Ale who gives The Warning that remarkable 80's vibe; no surprise as Ale is a world-class Jazz bassist playing Rock and is a Blues/Jazz Contralto. Everyone can finally hear what Ale is doing and how important she is to the band. Ale only recently spoke about what a huge influence Jaco Pastorius has had on her music; which makes perfect sense. For those who don't know Jaco is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential bassists of all time and a member of the legendary Jazz Fusion group Weather Report, a defining band of the Jazz Fusion genre, and a band which was a who's who of the greatest Jazz musicians of the 70's and 80's. Ale absorbed all of this; that's where The Warning's gorgeous 70's and 80's vibe comes from. Jaco Pastorius, arguably Jazz's greatest Bassist (not a rock musician) is Ale's "biggest musical inspiration". We only learned less than a month ago that Ale was repeatedly listening to Jaco's catalog starting when she was a 9 year old girl! Just the idea of a Bassist so young she can't even hold a standard Bass listening to Jaco Pastorius and emulating him is mind-bending, but it explains why Ale plays with "incredible technique", with such "incredible power", yet with such a "clean sound" because that's what Jaco did. Ale likely held back on speaking of her reverence for Jaco because the last thing she'd want is for anyone to think she was throwing his name around to make her look good. Ale isn't just a unicorn when she sings; a Bassist of Ale's caliber and background is so rare in Rock that Ale's a unicorn every time she picks up her Bass. Ale's the real the deal; so glad they finally gave us a live concert recording where everyone can hear how incredible she is.

ME GUSTA MAS LA VERSION DEL METROPOLITAN, EL SONIDO ES MEJOR, EN ESTE CONCIERTO EN ALGUNAS CANCIONES HAY PARTES QUE NO ME GUSTARON EN COMO LAS EDITARON, UNA DE ELLAS ES DISCIPLE, HAY PARTES QUE NO SE SI LA EDITARON Y LA SUBIERON SIN HABERLA ESCUCHADO COMO HABIA QUEDADO, CASO CONTRARIO CON CHOKE O HYCD SU SONIDO ES MUY BUENO. AQUI EN ANIMOSITY SE ESCUCHA MUCHO EL BAJO, QUIZA ALGO EXAGERADO Y EN EL METROPOLITAN SI ESTA MUY BIEN ANIVELADO EN LOS TRES INSTRUMENTOS. MI OPINION BRO.
