The Warning - Breathe (Live from Pepsi Center CDMX)

This was the last track on the Error album. Pau said she would record it under the condition she never play it live. This is the one and only time she has. All three of them were also suffering with the flu. I think of this as a panic/anxiety attack in song form. I am very fortunate that I have a copy of the lyrics to this song hand-written by Pau. I don't hang on to many keepsakes, but this one is framed next to my desk. I was standing next to the soundboard for this. So emotional to be in that room with all those people. One of the most special live music moments I have ever experienced. Don't worry, we were all in tears as well.

Quite a thing. I can't imagine anyone watching that and not being touched deeply. It was known that she said she'd never perform it, it's the very last song on the Error album. She was very sick with the flu and had a fever (They all had the flu over a couple week period, which unfortunately coincided with three big production shows in Mexico.) She was able to push through and you'd never know they were sick during any of the three shows. Thanks for the reaction and words.

Hola amigo. Paulina incluyó "Breathe" en el bonus track del tercer álbum llamado "Error". En su momento dijo que no la iba a interpretar en vivo porque era una canción muy personal y muy sentida para ella. Cuando The Warning presentó su álbum "Error" en el Teatro Metropolitan de Ciudad de México en el 2022, se escuchó la pista de la canción "Breathe" en el interludio del concierto y cambio de ropa de las hermanas. Creo que Paulina encontró la oportunidad ante 8 mil personas de exorcizar la canción y de alguna manera sacar la pesada carga emocional que llevaba dentro de sí. Saludos desde la Patagonia Argentina. Great reaction thank you she sang Black Holes prior to this which was also emotional especially with the strings. This whole show is amazing they're releasing in order of the setlist which is cool. 8000 people finish the song out of love for Pau what an awesome moment stunning. 🔥⚡

🫶 exactly right. I often go on about the difference between performer & and artist. Or performance vs art. Often they are one and the same but performance is what you want to do, art is what you HAVE to do. Even if it’s just for yourself, like in the case of this song, it has to be created.
