For those that don't know, Thomas, the guest bassist here, is the person that gave Ale her first Spector bass which obviously eventually led to her becoming a Spector artist and getting her own custom Spector, and in return she gave him the first production model of her signature bass that isn't mass available yet.

The thanks goes to you for introducing Ale to Spector. While her playing had always been solid, as a musician, you understand that piece of gear which just has that perfect feel. We've all seen Dany's Les Paul, the Lzzy Hale Explorer, but have heard her say how her PRS is her baby. For Pau it's her "bon-bon" DW kit and her Sabian set. Ale found Spector through your gifts and suddenly became the tallest of the three. Kidding aside, the comfort level with the "just right" instrument seems evident and also appeared to coincide with Ale's comfort level performing live. Oh yeah, she has a killer voice as her elder siblings do as well.

Thomas also gifted Ale the tan 5 string bass she used to record Dull Knives for the DeTour virtual charity concert in August of 2020, a month prior to them leaving for New Jersey to record the Error album with David Bendeth. That is when Spector drove from Woodstock, NY, to personally deliver Ale's custom Spector bass, "Ale's Inferno." After the bridge, you can see Ale and Dany nearly forget the lyrics 😅. Ale's slippers😊. Dany is having so much fun watching Ale sing lead.

The bass line is so neat and Thomas looks so chill whilst playing. Ale was singing in such a relaxed way, and when she forgot the second verse cue, it was a cute moment that didn’t really phase her. They looked like they were having fun.

Yes Thomas is known by every true member of TWA as the fan who gifted Ale with her first 2 Spectors. The one known as the red and black sparkle was used in many videos. In Aug 2023 Spector released a 4 string Ale signature model. They had Thomas come to an aftershow and Ale returned the red & black to him and gifted him serial #1 of her new model. He is a huge fan belonging to and posting on many of the girls socials.

Ale does sing well from what I've heard. But she does have trouble projecting. Most of the time it's really hard to hear her. Though it doesn't help that most of the songs she sings lead on are at the bottom of her register.

I would love to hear Ale sing in her range. She is always singing to match Dany's tone and so she pushes her voice to that lower register. It would be great to see her sing higher.

She has sang in higher notes in a few songs live like in More and Que Más Quieres. I actually dont know what is Alejandra's actual vouce range as both the low and high notes seem to come very natural to her.

Ale has a beautiful velvety, warm, sultry voice. I'd love to hear her singing more often. But if she doesn't want to sing lead, she won't do it. 🤷🏻 I fully respect her decision and support her, but I'll keep my fingers crossed waiting for the day when Ale finally feels ready to sing lead. I just want to talk about how it seems Ale is taking such a more prominent role to this point as a primary backing vocalist for the released songs off of KMF. Of course we’ll all see on June 28th if that assumption holds true for the other 6 tracks. As the full album is released and they play live shows in support, of course that means they will be dropping some long time standards off the set list for their “normal” headlining shows. It’s also seems Pau has been adding even more complexity to her playing on the KMF songs so far. I’m kinda wondering if their isn’t a correlation there that the band may be intentionally limiting Pau’s vocal responsibilities in order to free her up to concentrate more on what her primary role actually is to play world class drums for the band? Certainly not implying that Pau can’t handle both but maybe Ale is asking for a more prominent vocal role or they are working on load management (as they say in the NBA) since it’s not likely they are going to be touring less in the near future?

Ale doesn’t set her voice “Free”. Mostly, I think, the melodies aren’t written in het key. She’s taller. Longer vocal chords. Plus, she has 2 older sisters that sing on a level that most can attain. Alejandra is “reserved “. Yet , as she gets more comfortable as it goes, she starts to shine. 🤘🕊❤️🤘

IMHO, Ale as an additional lead singer would be important as their career matures. Especially if she develops to give yet another sound with new songs. It's kind of tricky for a backup singer to switch to lead if done infrequently. More Ale...she really is getting away with 'being the bass player in the shadows ', so to speak. Not saying she's not a performer in any way.

I fear if they become bigger and better know, inevitably they will gain haters because thatcjust happens to every band regardless of their quality. And too many of those haters will latch on Alejandra and accuse her of coasting on the band just for her looks, that dhe is the fanservice and a mere pretty face etc ect. Dll of that untrue but we know how easy a lie spreads today and gets accepted as fact. Frankly, a lot will hate on Alejandra merely for being a beautiful bass player.

Listen guys, I love Ale and all the girls, but there is no way in this world that Ale is a match for her sisters vocally, and she knows it. She may be able to sing some songs quite well, but she doesn't have the confidence or the techique to be a lead singer. And she is a bit pitchy too. Having said all that I still think there could be a song for her to sing. Low key, simple melody perhaps a bit moody and dark. Bet they have thought about it!

It is almost a sin that Alejandra's great vocal.talents are, for the lack of a better description, going to waste unused where thry belong, singing lead on the band's songs. For at least one or two longs per album, that would suffice a lot. Sure there is a lot to be said of what Alejandra is doing with her vocals as a backing vocalist, she is brilliant in that role, but she is just too good be only that. Yes it her decision and we must respect it and sll that is truth. What is also true is that she is too good to go to waste as well.
