Ale's bass cutting though really nice. That looks like your home studio set Paulina, sounds great. Vox too low. What a great homebase performance. Looks like the light tech took a nap. That's OK it looks great, classy. Some of those club shows the lighting was way too much and this is a better option. Your music does not need over the top theatrics yet the DF show was superb as a whole being produced by you. Keep Rocking this World Ladies. 🖤❤️💛

In my experience the house tries to make sure the opening act doesn't outshine the headliner. They do less with the lights, mix it a little off and quieter than the main act. At least that's what I've always seen.

@@terryc7142 I disagree. Generally speaking any large tour like this G&R show has a specific choreographed light show and own the equipment. If a support band is on the whole tour they too will have a light production. But for a one off like this they will either get the lighting director wing a light show or what we see here. Frankly I thought the lighting looked great just static. It is more like many classic sophisticated musical performances. I liked the SLO lighting because it was low key and well done as it was a real theater. Some of thier other shows were a bit wonky because the lighting guy of the day was trying to make a KISS show for no better reason than he had a lot of switches to flicker. Very distracting and unnecessary for Paulina, Ale and Danys music. But again I think the DF show lighting production was superb and tailored for them. I have seen hundreds of shows and I don't think anyone deliberately downgrades the warmup acts via lighting or audio. In some rare cases the warm up act ends up being the headliner by the end of the tour.

Every show I’ve been to that is the case. The opening band doesn’t get the same soundcheck treatment, the light show isn’t preprogrammed, they get less room on stage, etc

Always this feeling that we tried to hide the undeniable aura of The Warning, with among other things this lack of lighting. For me it didn't work, it's even the opposite in fact; my respect and admiration for the band grew even more from there. Congratulations to the girls and the whole The Warning family. You handled this situation admirably. Siempre esa sensación de que tratábamos de ocultar el aura innegable de El Aviso, con entre otras cosas esa falta de iluminación. Para mí no funcionó, es incluso todo lo contrario; mi respeto y admiración por la banda creció aún más a partir de ahí. Felicidades a las chicas y a toda la familia The Warning. Manejaste esta situación admirablemente. Toujours ce sentiment que l'on a essayé d'occulter l'aura indéniable de The Warning, avec entre autres ce manque d'éclairage. Me concernant cela n'a pas fonctionné, c'est même l'inverse en fait; mon respect et mon admiration envers le groupe ont encore grandi à partir de là. These sisters have been going non-stop this year ... incredible and the performances have become more and more refined with each passing month ... they've been tight as any great band I can think of but this year ... would you believe it when they tried to tell you their ages?? Their tightness specially that of Pau & Ale is unparalleled TBH. When you have a rhythm section that good your job is done. Where other bands are getting it right in deci-seconds Pau & Ale are doing it in milli. Incredible how Ale plucks her strings exactly at the moment Pau hits her kick drum. As an ex-bassist I can only dream of such synchronization. Besides their shared DNA & growing up environment the younger siblings have that sense of timing fine tuned over hours & hours of practice and the experience of David Bendeth boot camp.
