Great job! Any issues with using sticks on Handsonic? Roland doesn’t recommend using sticks but I always wanted to. Very curious to know if you’ve noticed any negative effects or damage to the playing surface. Thanks and great performance!

We have observed no problems with drum sticks on the Handsonic. Phillip uses light sticks and is careful not to hit anywhere but the designated zones, but plays at about the same dynamic level as he would on real acoustic drums. Thanks for the comment!

@@tomdukes5451 thanks for the reply! I set mine up and been using sticks. I’ve built quite a few “micro-kits” for my drummer but I’m going to show him your video. The small footprint of the Handsonic opens up a lot more venues. Also, as a singer/acoustic guitarist I just can’t tolerate an acoustic kit. Phillip really does an awesome job with it. Thanks for the renewed inspiration!
