Awesome Kevin! A great video. And congrats on how well your channel is doing. Curious if you ever put your kayak in the water down there? I know it’s technically ‘not allowed’ due to alligator risk. Ugh. I think Rockefeller would be one of the best kayaking spots ever and could catch a ton of reds. Only reason I haven’t gone down there yet. Wish those rules weren’t in place. Good luck ahead! Good eating for sure!!!

It’s funny you say that, I was thinking the same thing. A lot of area to explore there. I didn’t know kayaks were restricted, that’s good to know. Don’t wanna film myself committing a crime lol. That area also is gator central, and so used to people being around. Fishing has been a little tough lately, wanted to try something different. Can’t wait for fall! Thanks for the comment and looking forward to more of your videos as well!

Great video. Glad to see the water is back. I heard the gators are in an abundance there. It’s been a while, I think I may go out there next weekend.

The gators were messing with me for a lil while, but then moved on. I guess so, I prob fed them a half a chicken. Good luck out there!

A dozen jumbo over here go for around $50 in most places now😩Def worth spending a little time to catch them. Nice work!

Yea fun to catch and good to eat, feels good to save a little money and try and catch your own food. That area can produce way more crabs at different times, but glad to at least get almost 2 dozen. Thanks for watching 🦀

I remember that video from last year, great to see it with some water and some life back at a very cool looking area. That was wild seeing that gator, I know it was a pain, but very cool to watch. That was a big storm that hit and good to see you get a good feed out of the day. Well done!

You can tell the gators are accustomed to people. If you’re a gator, and born in that area, you hit the jackpot! Free chicken. I didn’t get it on camera, but lightning was striking really close to me, I moved away from that metal bridge, it was a little concerning. Thanks for watching!

I was so curious what it looked like a year later. Glad I went, had a good time. The grill method is quick cooking for sure. Thanks!

Next time I wanna try with a charcoal grill, just don’t have as much space. Also, the smaller ones coulda been taken off sooner than the bigger ones. Can’t beat a boil though when you have over 2 dozen. Thanks!

@@BooshEats that thing was annoying. Only brought so much chicken, had to move.
