The Waterworks Delve Tier 8 of World of Warcraft: The War Within

Switched to single target raid setup for retribution paladin spec close to the end and it seemed to work a little better for the rest of the waterworks delve. It still does multitarget.
Brann is an NPC that helps you in Delves. Brann cannot be leveled unless the Delve is bountiful. I've noticed that there's little to no leveling effect to Brann unless it is a Delve Tier 5 or above it seems. This is a Tier 8.
