The way around being discouraged to pray in tongues (and how it saved me)

Feeing discouraged to pray in tongues lately and I can’t seem to get back on track. This message is timely but still feeling down. May the Lord help us. Thank you!

Once u understand in your mind that spiritual laziness and prayerlessness is the devil's attack, u will wage war and u will prevail because God is with you. Satan always cast that feeling of heaviness and reluctance on us because he knows praying in tongues brings us self edification. To not loose or miss out on the expanding of your spirit man to receive more from God by praying in tongues, do this to gain motivation or be inspired. Join prayer forums and pray along with others. Listen to praise and worship and meditate on the lyrics. Meditate using scriptures such as Isaiah 61:3

Currently finding it hard to pray I fell into sin and I'm finding it hard to go back to pray. Thank you for this I'll try it.

I fell n suspect my tounges are from devil or Just coping others ,which keeps me away from praying in tounges

Don't pay attention to the discouragement. Ask the Lord to help you grow and enjoy praying in tongues

Help, a person told me my tongues were contaminated and were not pure. He prayed in tongues and aparently he removed the contaminated tongues. So he said. He said that I might even lose my tongues after the prayer he did to me. Luckily this never happened. I have a feeling he was a scam. I need insight, please!

Don't pay attention to people who tell you your tongues are fake. You received the gift from the Holy Spirit. If you need to know anything about your tongues, you can always ask God in prayer and He will direct you

@@menmustpray thank you so much! I felt it was a scam and that there is a lot of jealousy from people that feel that only them can have the gift of tongues or any other God given gift! You have helped my a lot Brother Augustine🙏🏼
