You are one of the most honrable people I have ever seen I hope you are a very happy person and though you have not had an impact on me but how I look at others I’m 12 in secondary and i am lucky that I haven’t faced a pain like you, but I know others have so thank you for for shifting my view on people

3:04 As a kid, I once went into the bathroom to cut my own hair, it looked horrible of course, I was really, really ashamed of it and I kind of locked myself in the bathroom for a good 30 minutes until my mom realised that I've been in the bathroom for 30 minutes, she'd better check on me. From outside the door she says: "You've been in the bathroom for half an hour is there something wrong?" I tell her: "I cut my hair" She says: "Oh can I come in and see?" I say, with a cry: "No it's really bad" She says: "Oh It can't be that bad, Please, just open the door and let me have a look" I say: "Ok, but promise you won't laugh at me" Mom says: "I promise" I unlock the bathroom door and my mom lays her eyes on the abomination that is my newly self-cut hair and bursts out laughing, I get super anxious and sad, and, well, this is a reason why I have trust issues. Wouldn't this be an exception for what you said at? 3:04 [E: The whole "Dictate other's feelings part"] [E2: Wrong timestamp]

Well, I think maybe this is an example of, you got sad because you assumed that she would not have a negative response because you asked her not to. But when she saw you her I intial response was to have a negative reaction. Possibly, and this is simply after the fact conjecture, if you had not asked her to remain positive and instead entered the encounter knowing the possible negative you would not have been so crushed. That is a great question. And I am not firm on my answer, I would love to discuss more.

@@aaronstarkauthor Nono, I was quite sure she would laugh at me, I know my mother; That's why I asked her specifically to not do that, as it would hurt me, which it did.
