In this weeks video we’re Using Sous Vide to make perfectly cooked Salmon with crispy skin. We’re also going to be pairing it up with a creamy garlic dijon sauce.
Garlic dijon sauce:
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 Tsp Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 tbsp dijon
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp fresh diced dill
