I'm glad I stumbled on this video. I am going to Osaka in 2 weeks, and I will be staying very close to Dotombori. I hope I can find the takoyaki place and the ramen place when I visit. Those are 2 of my favorite Japanese foods.

Hi Shiba Shiba, tnx so much for your videos. I’ve been watching your airport videos too, so helpful. I have only 3-4 hours in Osaka arriving at KIX and heading straight to Namba to see Dōtonbori. My question is.. 1. Where can I find luggage lockers in Namba station please? As I’m short of time, I really didn’t want to waste it looking for one, I will be travelling with hand carry so I will walk around it with me if I have to. Then from Namba I will take Midosuji line to Osaka Umeda to catch train to Kyoto. 2. Can I use icoca card on Nankai-Kuko, Midosuji and on Tōkaido Sanyo lines? 3. Can I buy icoca at KIX ? If machines only take cash, is there ATM machines nearby the nankai tickets machines? If you can answer only one question then it’s ok, I really appreciate what you’re doing for tourists like me ❤

Hi. Can you see a big octopus? Turn left here. kzbin.info/www/bejne/faOYqoahq7CjrJY And cross the street called Midosuji. Walk one block and turn right at the corner where Seven Eleven (a convenience store) is located. Vessel Inn Namba is about 40 meters ahead. コメントありがとうございます。 nとmについては「突っ込まれるかもなー」と思いながら動画を編集していました。 大阪市のHPや、道頓堀商店街のHPではDotonboriとなっているのですが、ヘボン式ローマ字表記だとp,b,mの前の「ん」はmと綴るのがルールとなっていて、どっちにしようか迷いました。ただ、南海の駅構内の案内表示はヘボン式となっていて、Dotomboriと表記されていたのでそっちに合わせてみました。

ヘボン式が主流ですので、例えば「なんば」だと Namba と表記されていることが多いと思います。新喜劇はかなり昔に一度見たきりで、それ以来は行っていませんが、久しぶりに生で見たいと思います。
