The WDNR is considering a BAN on Forward Facing Sonar and 360 Imagining. Is there a BETTER option?

At the 2024 spring hearings, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources posed the question, "Should the use of Forward Facing Sonar and 360 Imaging be banned in the state of Wisconsin." Results of this saw outdoorsmen and women voting nearly 50/50 on this issue with a slight favor in banning the technology. Is there a better option than banning the technology?
