Rambo is easily the worst character in the game. Followed by mileena. But I don't think Shao kahn is low tier. Low-Mid at the worst. I think skarlet is the 3rd because she doesn't have much combo potential and if you want to zone you could pick Shang Tsung or Robocop.

Shao Kahn is definitely not low tier anymore, sure he has a lot of unsafe starters and not a lot of efficient crushing blows, but his pressure is good and he has 500+ damage combos that are not so hard to pull off. His armor breakers are also really good

Skarlet is mid tier, better than most say but not amazing, she requires so much work and you have to be so careful with her, her fatal blow only does a lot of damage and is fast, but the range absolutely sucks seeing as she's a zoner

I honestly think Jax is in the same boat as a char like Baraka. Except Baraka at least does well vs Kabal and Jacqui while Jax struggles against every character in the top 5/6. Like literally if you lose the first match against a Jax player just switch to Cetrion and it’s a guaranteed 1-1 now unless the Jax player is LEAGUES better (I will die on that hill, too. Shit is a 7-3 MINIMUM lmao). But people think he’s busted because he actually has decent rushdown in this neutered game, yet he has next to 0 ability to control space which is the only real way to win in the game. If you try to rush them down 24/7 (which you have to do with him) then you’re literally rolling the dice on their wake up options and just hoping you guess right every time, and good luck with that lol.

My baby gorl Mileena is STRUGGLINGGG… I feel like they did it as a “be careful what you wish for” to the crybaby Mileena fans to show them to be more specific when it comes to getting what you want, causing the real fans to suffer now as a result. We’re used to her being high/mid-tier at the least, so to see her be low tier feels bad man. Went from all the pop-ups in the world in MKX to literally one pop-up and a move that you have to double amplify in order for it to do any real damage (referring to that dumb a$$ Kahnum Dash move…)

simply because rambo can zone, i think he is better than mileena. if mileena tries she can only use sais which you can duck and then if she spends a meter its wasted. and if she gets low sai she cant regularly anti air from afar with sais. plus the fact you can breakaway from her ball = no combos.
