Allow me to give you a tiny piece of advice. Since you have a little ways to go to finish the house. Move as much furniture as possible into the smallest room & store it there until an other room is complete. Once a room is complete, floors done, walls painted, ceiling completed, electrical finished ect. then you can move into it. Work will progress much more quickly if there is nothing in the way to hinder the work. Plus less things will get coated with cement/tile dust, paint splashes ect. It's easer to control the construction when the area is not cluttered. Just sayin

You brought up a good point and major snag foreigners run into here. Sometimes there's nothing you can do about how things go here, and you just have to sit and wait. We're so impatient in the west and it can frustrate many. Those that succeed here figure out it does no good to get upset or angry, and learn to go with the flow.
