I wish I could see TWC footage from Christmas 1983.. a historic event in my hometown of Erie, PA.. 40 - 50mph winds... several feet of snow below zero temperatures.. an event that lead me to get my meteorology degree from Penn State about 13-years later.. this video of the (amazing) Gay Dawson was only 1 week after that event..

Who in the world is Darcell Grimes? I have been in touch with Don for nearly 40 years and that name doesn't even come close to ringing a bell.
