The Weather Channel Shows Music Montage (03-05)

Back in 2003, I found the Weather channel and fell in love with it. There music and it got me really inspired into weather and meteorology. It fascinates me even after 10 years. I still remember the day where they changed the music and I was kind of crushed that they changed the music and the good old TWC themes and music. Glad I found it on KZbin and now I relive the nostaliga of when I was little sitting in my play room watching the Weather Channel and listening to the music in the intros.

Wow! Thanks for uploading. Major nostalgia. :) I watched all the time when I was 10 and 11 (2004 - 2006). We got a lot of hurricanes and tropical storms at the time so I trusted TWC to keep me updated. I always found the music very calming.

Had NBC/Bain/Blackstone thugs never touched The Weather Channel in the first place, Evening Edition, Overnight Outlook, Weekend Now, and First Outlook would have still existed today.

I just loved watching the weather channel when I was growing up. I had such a fascination for weather. I still do. It’s sad as to what it has become now. Back then it was like a news station, giving you the latest updates on what’s going on in the atmosphere. I especially loved watching Storm Stories every night. That was such a great show

I often wonder where some of the old meteorologists went. Jim Cantore is one of the only original weather reporters still around or at least to my knowledge.

I watched the Weather Channel a lot during 2004 and 2005. Epic years. But the Storm Alert music is just too awesome!

I really liked the Storm Alert Theme the Weather Channel used that theme during the Tropical Update Open in 2004 don't know why they would use it at that time

Ahhh, I miss these days with the good music. I especially remember that the Weather Channel to me seemed to have a more positive outlook on life at the time. Now, it's all about hoping hurricanes and tornadoes strike to get more viewers. Ah well, it was fun while it lasted.

I'm glad you noticed that. TWC's previous positive outlook on life. It went away in abt 2010. Its grown even worse now. TWC 2019+++

well in my opinion the weather channel will never be like it was. its xl icons, teaser music, and people made it an original station and nothing was like it. It was pretty much all i watched now i barely even watch it due to the fact its just not the same anymore. I wish that it would go back to its original self again. Its xl icons and especally its music. I was probably one of the few people who would watch the Weather Channel for hours on end then. My favorite is Your Weather Today's Intro.

it has been ages since i have heard this. and boy, does this bring back the good ol' memories of tuning in to TWC to see the meteorologists bring the weather about whats happening or if it will be raining/snowing. now, i dont watch it anymore because it gotten pretty shitty because of its new weather reporters. marshal seese was the best in my honest opinion, and it was very sad to see him retire. I'm relieved that Jim Cantore is still here, but i doubt the same old crew will last for some years

The Live By It era actually started in 2001 but you probably know that... Also, my favorite graphics were the ones they used from 1998 until 2001. I especially liked the effects and music on the local forecast and Weather Center AM/PM intros.

I tend to favor the 90s of TWC. all subjective I suppose. but personally, 90s up until about 2005 or so was it for me. after that, its a blur.
