Yes, Mr. Grunblatt goes above and beyond his job duties to satisfy his clients and all guests. He made our wedding at Continental memorable, and we would use them again without a doubt. I wish I had known all this before making chasuna! Why don't they communicate and remind us to tip? There is a lot going on, and we can't keep everything in mind. I'm sure you will get 100% tips if you mention it. Also, being clear about how much you expect for a tip would be helpful. We simply don't know. Can I still add to my tip post wedding?.... You definitely deserve it.

Wow. This was wayyyy more interesting than expected. Loved it!!!!!
Amazing conversation, insightful One thing I want to know is why in many places an adult who asks for a kids meal is refused one (many adults actually prefer kids meals by chasunahs)
It's not about the actual tip it's about showing appreciation.

He’s referring to the high end weddings where he pampers the mechitin all night. Not the basic weddings.. Basic weddings usually give $50-100

@josephglick7023 Now days anywhere where you go out to eat with your family and they slap on a 15-20% Tip/Service charge is that fair? The answer is NO, You pay it if you like it or not. A tip is something that is earned and it shouldn't be mandatory. Because people think they spent so much the night of the wedding they don't have to give any tip at all to anyone, that's wrong thinking, FYI, Btw the person that gives the $500 tip is usually not the person that spent money on flowers, music, singer, choir, yeled hapeleh or a big Baal tzedoke, It's usually the middle class or AKA Balbatishe yingerman that has respect for hardworking people and shows appreciation and understands and relates to another human. The yingerman that they collected money for no one is expecting anything from them.
