As the onlooker , I have really enjoyed looking at these horrendous wipeouts . Not so much fun for the surfers involved with bone crushing dumps into the sand , collisions , and being hit by their boards ! As always , superb wave photography with nonstop and varied action - I particularly like your attention to wave shape , structure , and lighting effects . The slow motion photography in HD really conveys the power and structure of each wave to the viewer. Many thanks for sharing your wonderful surf video !

Another sick video!! I had my ass handed to me there. Had a spring suite ripped right off me once. Panicked on a huge red flag day in 92-93 big hurricane swell swam halfway to Balboa pier where I thought it was safe to try to get in. News media was there ambulance was there some dude washed up unconscious. I started tripping when I could see into the back bay from the peaks. Panic struck. Good times!!
