oh Carla , dont let people as kind meaning as they are spoil what you have achieved and all the hard work you have put in !! , if all those chocolates are a problem lying round get rid of them , but they can be portioned to last a while if they dont bother you sitting there . The year I lost 8 stone I was stunned with the people who gave chocolate gifts that Christmas and its a bit thoughtless so had to tell everyone that I didnt want them , what people can gift instead is candles , bubble bath , smellies etc . What people dont understand is someone with a weight problem under control has to still be careful at christmas and birthdays etc to keep weight gains down as loosing weight is very hard work and these habits will ensure you keep the weight off for life . xxxx

I must admit my heart sank for you a bit when I saw how much chocolate you got sent. I know people have sent it out of kindness but when your on a diet it can be so hard to have such a lot of treats in the house. Don’t want to leave such a down comment but I don’t think people understand unless you’ve been in that situation 💕

Awww poor Kai I thought he was gonna have to break into doggy paddle but Molly looked ready for the doggy Olympics.As much as we love our animals they do have a habit of being sick of doing nose rotting poos in the middle of the night.You were like the Pied Piper for dogs at the end lol x

I once bought my dog a wax jacket, I put it on him and off we went. Further down the lane I turned round and he was just stood there looking at me. I couldn't work out what was wrong till I looked underneath. I had velcroed his pidgy to his belly! Now he won't wear a coat ! 😂😂
