I had the privilege of growing up around Richie. He and my older brother were serious best friends. He was always in our home. Our church, of which he sang im the youth choir. I was always at his office at least 3 times a week. I met George Harrison at his townhouse in the village. Him George and Bob were the best of friends. He was and still is my hero. He was one of the chosen.

I first heard him at the Catholic University in DC. 1968 1969 when organizers against the VN war brought him, and others to boost students morale before they hit the streets. Jimi Hendrix was scheduled to appear too that night but did not come due to being arrested at the airport in Canada! The last privilege I had to hear him was in Alexandria VA. I mourned him....as a Motherless Child. Blessings.
