You can swim. Or canoe. Or sail a yacht. See? It is SIMPLE to get there. Or you do the boring airplane trick, buy a ticket and bzzzzzzzz there. I was in Køge for buying a motorbike helmet cotton thing, they got good motorbikes in Køge, so take your motorbike to the States, far more interesting than renting stupid cars.
