when yall ask why everyone poisoning the water and the wells, but they aren't doing that. its because I believe back then in those towns water was only really used for people, farming, and feeding live stock. so when people came into town and wanted fresh water they would poor it out in the trough since it was connivant and it helped the horses.... and most people going to the well are probably getting water, and as the bad guy ur the only one putting stuff in..... it maybe be same animation so bad guys aren't outted the second they are doing that task by a cop.... that my best guess...
