Excellent as usual. I saw a version of this trip on Spencer's channel a while back. It was cool that you met up with Bryan Hughes. I heard him give a talk about Rattlesnake relocation and learned many new things. The next species is a mystery but it looks like a boa of some type to me.

This has to be one of the best installments in the everything you need to know series in a while, WDBs are so iconic and going somewhere where they're the most common snakes around is pretty special. Looking forward to more episodes from Arizona!

Was always afraid of snakes. Then I started hiking, now I don't mind the non venomous ones. And I do always say that the rattlesnakes are the friendliest of all snakes. Always waving at you with their tail. They still startle the heck out of me, I don't think most people know how incredibly loud they are! If you want to see a lot, I suggest hiking the PCT desert section in May. I saw about 2 a day for the entire month. My nerves were shot, but I bet you'd enjoy it. haha Also, I saw 4 Eastern's on the Appalachian Trail. I will say it was weird when I hiked in Ireland and New Zealand after hiking the big trails in the US. Neither of those countries have any snakes! So weird.

Excellent video! keep up the great work, I’ve learned a lot from your experience. How much danger does a small western diamond back that particular size would cause to human venom wise ?
@TheWildReportOfficial7 ай бұрын
Thanks very much! If you are bitten you should definitely seek medical attention, even if it's a baby. Different people can have very different reactions to envenomation.

The rattlesnake is both aggressive and territorial, also extremely protective of young. The rattlesnake sees a large warm-blooded creature not only as potential predator, but also as a competitor for its own food source in its territory.
@EmmasMom-vi8qf4 ай бұрын
Where are you getting your information from? They are not aggressive at all, they rattle & take the defensive posture because they just want to be left alone. Once they feel threatened, they will strike.

Jesus became sin for us as seen in this verse: Numbers 21:8 And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. He became sin for us so we could live free from sin!
