There is no medicine to help. It’s male infertility he doesn’t produce enough sperm, with females there could be other things wrong, like no egg production, uterus is small, but it’s not a disease. Many women in the states go for a procedure and they implant a fertile egg which costs thousands and could be many times before it could even work. Do research
