I spent all my holidays on that prom in the 60s and 70s, in the 60s with my paternal gran and her sister, and in the 70s, I spent my teens sitting there with my little radio. Holidayed at Tower Beach Holiday Camp, I used to walk up from the camp to Ffrith Beach many a time in my teens. :)

This is awesome, nice video! I live about a 30 seconds walk from where this was filmed and have lots of books to read, so that allows a lot of opportunity to stay out reading towards night and see if I would be one of the lucky townsfolk. o_o

Even though I live in Prestatyn I don't properly think this is true. But I'm thinking just to walk a few meters away at twilight hours to see if it is true
