I love how Roger finds it funny that he's singing the line 'Thank God I ain't old.' at his age! It's irony! Haha! We're ALL old now! 😁👍

He barely gets it out before the little chuckle. No doubt the man that sung "Hope I die before I get old." sees the irony. Good on them.

It's hilarious that Pete acts like he and Roger don't "get" each other. What a connection this clip shows between the two of them. True bonds between fellow musicians of the highest caliber from what I can see.

Part of it is as fans, we tend to read into stuff especially if it supports what we want to be true. The other part of it is, that’s just Pete lol. We all know he’s kinda a judgmental , hard to get along with kind of guy. I don’t think even he believes everything he says. I genuinely believe he loves Roger, and I’m sure he misses Keith and John all the time. He’s probably just too “scared” to admit it, easier to be “a jerk” or that guy who “doesn’t care”.

@@dougnewman8379 I would say Roger and Moon are the worst all-round musicians in the band. John, no doubt takes first place, followed by Pete. I know Keith’s a one of a kind drummer, but that eccentricity is probably what makes him a limited musician. John is a beast amongst them for being able to keep up with Moon while his own twist to the band, as part of the rhythmic duo.
@allbottledup9513
@allbottledup9513 Жыл бұрын
@@dougnewman8379 Pete is definitely not the “worst musician”. That title goes, unfortunately, to Roger. He’s a truly beautiful, one of a kind singer. Most powerful voice in rock, in my opinion. However, that’s pretty much where it ends. Pete is a top shelf guitar player, brilliant composer, brilliant songwriter, and a solid vocalist.

I love how they’ve kept their organization tight thru all the years : Ringo Starr’s son , Zak Starkey is their drummer - and he is every bit as awesome as Moon was, and Pete’s brother , Simon is on guitar. The bassists they’ve hired since John passed have more than able to fill and expound on that role - some of the finest in the business.
@billmurphy6861

By the way that isn't Zak he was out with an injury. Zak was good but it is blasphemous to put him on the same level with Moon. The same goes for suggesting that any one could fill John's shoes much less expound on his role.
