Some people have a mutation in their throat and that allows them to do this kind of voice without hurting their vocal cords. Ales brightman is one of them

Ngl best part of this song is it doesn’t really require an insane amount of singing/vocals(except for at 2:24 ) the real appeal is how you sell the lines and your blocking/choreography/ etc. nevertheless I’m performing this as my end of the year performance and I’m excited, it’s a really fun piece to perform and I’ll be changing up some of the lines slightly like how they do for public/guest appearances
