Perhaps because Lucky is wearing a device around her shoulders and upper back to help her walk upright. The device prevents normal movement of her back and upper arms. I think the woman believes this is helpful to Lucky.

You know what mom, put the fork in Lucky’s hand and then guide her hand to pick up the bananas and put them in her mouth that way I think she will get the idea of feeding herself and a smaller fork would make it easier, maybe a salad fork or those little fruit forks that have only two prongs, this is only a suggestion I would never try to tell you what to do, this is just constructive advice because you take good care of Lucky and have only her best interest at heart.😊❤ this much I know is true, I’ve watched you take care of this little girl since the night you found her and the care is excellent.

Hi Lucky and family is something wrong with Lucky mouth and tongue cause she licks and act like she's gaging or yawning something off but she is getting so much busy and into stuff and she's not getting disciplined like she supposed to don't let her rule you she needs to be discipline when she do wrong things no matter what the fans think I did see her slapped but that was under stress so you have apology for doing that and said you were under stress so don't be scared to discipline her you mom have come a long way and she is still young so be her mom a child has to be discipline no difference she knows how to hide when she knows she did something wrong so if she can hide then she can be discipline ❤❤
