I would disagree but not in every point, only in this - being young is the time to be stupid. Make mistakes, have a big ego, think you're the best above all, enjoy your success and be happy with it, until you fall flat on your nose and learn from it. Being older is the time to understand life itself, beyond material and ego. I'm only 26, but I start hovering towards the latter, and whenever I see people in their teen years or close to 20 being super stupid and have inflated ego's, I think to myself "Let them be, they're having fun, life will teach them anyways, sooner or later."
