A really good part about first form Frieza is that since every transformation he goes through (with the exception of the 100% power final form) heals half a bar in each one, he theoretically has one of the highest health bars in the game if you’re able to time your transformations to your missing health. Not to mention that the 100% form gives you full charge in Ki 1st form Frieza is really slept on

Makes sense, Frieza's durability and survivability is insane. He fought for so long on Namek, even tanked a spirit bomb. And he took a crazy pummeling by Broly.

Not to mention 100% power Frieza. Two unblockable supers (one of which is homing while the other goes through blast attacks) and an unblockable ultimate, AND an instant sparking on top of that is just insane.

He also has armor in sparking mode. His 2nd form has crushing blow on perception and dodge that he can combo into an inescapable throw that can allow him to get behind you. With explosive wave too? And high dmg? He’s pretty good. His third form can use dodge flying kick to score a hard knockdown without getting behind you.

Fighting ultra instinct, when he uses that instant teleport attack, I like to spam dragon dash and every time it’ll end up in a clash. That way I don’t risk the damage trying to vanish it since it’s so fast! The same against Hit!

As a DBZ Frieza main I can tell you that Death Slizer, Nova Strike AND his ultimate all are unblockable. Nova Strike also goes through blast attacks.

He could be a hard Broly/yajirobi sensu counter for his unlockables. Though it could be broken enough to be nerfed if enough attention given. But if I get pissed at a Broly player I'm def abusing fp Friezas kit

You would be surprised how much damage he can pull

Any of those spins are techable knockdowns unless I'm really misunderstanding something or you're doing some weird set up. The input is to hold down I think. I just wiggle my stick up and down and recover almost immediately. I never see anyone tech them, but I do it constantly and its very easy. Think the tutorial explains it too, just really poorly.

There are some times where my knockdowns on people aren’t “hard” knockdowns, but the enemy doesn’t know that. They just think it is and they dont click any buttons to get up cause they think it’s pointless lol. Recovery options is a big area of knowledge checks for most people.

It is not, base freiza's final transformation is the full power mode. There is a separate freiza that can go golden, they start in the 80% power mode.
