The other family is in no position to make demands or threats to them. I sympathize with the daughter's divided loyalties but I would not tolerate emotional blackmail if the real parents prosecute. There is nothing to gained by prosecuting her. Nothing will give back 25 years. The people who raised her and loved her are her parents but the other family deserves their chance with their daughter too. Puh-leeze. Why didn't she just walk into the river? Why go there to cut your wrists? Those few drops of blood lost will not kill anyone. If you mean business you cut wrist to elbow not side to side. Because her first husband was infertal. He was pressuring her to have a baby, and his mom wanted grandsons. He didn't know he had an issue. Instead of telling him she stole the baby. She thought she was saving her marriage and his dignity. She should have just been honest from the beginning with him instead of committing a crime.
