It nearly crosses the line into full on emotional cheating. but the girl's fiance is also crossing the line with his "mei mei" (doesn't make it either case justifiable) from when they were in the orphanage together. Thi is not a fantasy-land drama where every character is a paragon of virtue. It's messy. really messy. But really well acted. Both this and the South Korean version (same title.)

@@ZianaSue If he is not cheating, why can’t he not be honest to his gf, instead he lied and lied constantly. Cheating doesn’t mean sleeping with the other person. It could be emotional cheating.

@@ZianaSue I watched the whole series . Cheating is not only sleeping with the person but could also be emotional.He made his gf believe that. Why was his gf upset and jealous do you think?Is his behavior not a suspect even if to him he treats her like a sister . If you are an outsider looking in , how would you feel if he did this to you? He hold his hand and hides behind the car like a thief and there are other circumstances that the gf witnessed. If you have nothing to hide come into the open and spell it out.

Yes, she end up with her ex. The doctor have his priority reversed as far as the episode that I have seen. His priority is the little “sister”. I really do not know the extend of their relationship but he bought a place for her and furnished it. He did not tell his gf about all this. He hides everything from her. I think she felt neglected . She works with her ex company and he was always there for her every time his bf let her down. He seems to be her shoulder to cry on and I think the love they had for each other was revived .I cannot think of the right term, I have my senior moment I guess.😂😂😂

@@cristinagerodias9598 lol! I have a few of those senior moments myself! I’m sorry to hear she returns to her ex. The doctor was also an orphan with the “little sister.” He was adopted by the family who was going to adopt her but changed their mind when she broke her arm. He no longer had contact with her and connected after many years. His guilt and that she was his younger sister in the orphan is why he’s taking care of her. The little sister doesn’t know who he is. The gf does, after many misunderstandings, finally knows the reason. His mother wanted his adoption a secret is why he didn’t let his gf know earlier. I think the little sister is more interested in him romantically.

@@moaraa2575 Yes, she is romantically interested with him the way she looks at him. The doctor is at fault for all the misunderstanding that was goin on between him and gf. He could have explained everything truthfully to his gf. I don’t think his gf is that unreasonable or narrow minded. He deceived and lied to her. The ex was there ready to be her support anytime and anywhere. He gave both of them the opportunity to be close. The ex even told him that what he is doing is wrong. He was even confronted by the ex when he saw him cuddling his little sister in the hospital. When he came to see her doing some charity work some place. She was asked by him if she has a bf. She said no but she had a crush on someone but he has a gf. I think the doctor knows that he is talking about him.
