I remember back in the day when Tekken 5 and DR was out in an arcade I use to work at in Buffalo NY. Called Namco Cyberstation. Joey and his brother would come in all the time to play us. In a tournament setting, time outs are inevitable. That’s how neck and neck tournament level play is. A casual player is rarely gonna encounter timeouts. It’s fine
