Wow, just wow. So much felt truth here. I have found that for myself, the Master that lives within me is a "horse whisperer" for all the fearful, shame-filled, guilty and wounded parts. I have experienced that Divinity is 90% holding space and 10% gentle encouragement to grow. I'm 70 years old, and Matt, I can't tell you how relieved I am that there are gen Xers like you who are shining the light for the next generation. I've learned a lot from your journey. I needed this. I have recently been destroyed to the point of creating a GoFundMe to be able to continue caring for my mom & brother. I then broke down further to then ask each person I know for help. And the blessing is that many have. I like it, because my experience with crying has always been of a great feeling of relief afterwards, like things couldn't be held up anymore and the only thing left as a possibility 'to do' was to let the tears flow, and every time I came more and more into my own
