This is The Willows Park, West Melton, Selwyn, which is on the outskirts of Christchurch, New Zealand. The Willows is a walkway and cycleway for the public, and contains a fenced 4.3-hectare dog park with dog agility equipment. The Willows is also a NZMCA Park for caravans to stay the night, so long as you're a NZMCA member.
Please note there is a strict non-motorised vehicle rule at this park which means you can’t bring motorbikes, such as dirt bikes and quad bikes.
The Willows is part of the Waimakariri River Regional Park, which covers 15,000 hectares of river's edge land. The regional council, named Environment Canterbury, and the Selwyn District Council created the Willows together.
NZ is heading into winter now, so the sunlight is getting weaker.

About me:
I'm a Kiwi travelling around New Zealand in my used caravan, making informative videos about the campsites I've visited. The reviews are about DOC campsites, freedom parks, campgrounds and holiday parks.
My vlog is for camping tourists (both international and New Zealanders) who are travelling in caravans, RVs, vans, buses and motorhomes, who want to see the facilities campsites have in advance of staying. I discuss what I liked and disliked about each park, so you know what to expect.
I support subscribers by subscribing back to your channel, so please leave a comment saying you've subscribed so I know to subscribe back.
