Bro Gbile is totally right. These days church is church in Babylon where worldliness has entered into the church. You cannot at times differentiate between the church and the world. The church of these days is the church in Laodicea (Revelation 3:14-22) in which church growth is measured by material growth and the number of the congregation rather than spiritual growth. As Jesus asked the church in Laodicea to repent, He is asking us also to repent and truly serve God in spirit and in truth. May the Lord rebuild His church.

I read Bro. Gbile Akanni book on what God wants in His vessel and the battle of the Young. I saw him in my dream that he's in heaven. I sought an explanation from my Pastor that he's not death why did I see him in heaven. My pastor told me that it would be very difficult for such person to miss heaven race. No wonder one Evangelist once said that a whole lot of our revered men of God though genuine but have missed it either politically, socially, economically, financially or otherwise BUT only Bro. Brother Akanni doesn't preach against prosperity but he attacks the message based only on prosperity. Most teaching in ourdays are no longer dealing with sin, with the necessity to become like Jesus. Their only concern is ""give and it shall be given to you"". Some preachers are not concerned with the spreading of Gospel, they are not in the business of winning soul ( the only mandate given by our Lord Jesus). For me ,i won't longer attend any church whose preachers are not involved in the winning of soul. My tithe and offering won't longer be used to improve the life of any preacher.

True prosperity is God in the life of a man. Joseph prospered as a servant and prisoner because God was with him. If it is His will He will give you financial prosperity to affect the lives of others like Joseph.
