All the names on the spreadsheet are the subscribers and commentors on my channel and videos. I get all your names and add them to the spreadsheet. Then every month I enter those names into a raffle application and slim it down to about 14 names for the final drawing. Good question. YES, that does and has happened. I put the watch up for grabs again with another raffle. Once, I think about 4 months ago I offered the new winner the option of either watch since the previous winner never claimed theirs. I give each winner 30 days to reach out.
