When we think about china not having recent military experience, let us not forgot their ability to obtain top secret blueprints, designs etc, and how much western thinking and doctrine is in the public domain. Also let us remember our ability to start every war without paying heed to the lessons of the past. Surely we can find a common goal important enough for us to work together on, building trust and unity. It is the only path to a peaceful future. These are the seeds the intelligence community need to start sowing
