While the Congress has quickly turned this around to target the BJP, Modi's supporters and the big media appear confused by this sudden outburst. Best thing BJP can do to save itself and to be relevant in indian politics is to win the election of 2024 somehow and the next day remove Modi from any role in the party or government and replace him. This would save the party. Otherwise the drowning Modi ( which is undisputable) will drag BJP as a national political party to the form of a group of bigots and idiots. Yeah just like the land scam in Goa detected in 2022... Started during the "cleanest CM" tenure, planned and executed during the covid phase. Now Trying to downplay the extent of the land grab by not calculating using the current commercial land rates. Unfortunately the most "educated" state don't know how to ask the political candidates the right questions.
