Preordered this one after picking up their release of The Babadook. Love Second Sight, have both 4K versions of Dawn of the Dead, The Guest, The Babadook with The Witch and Drive preordered. Can’t wait to see what their Texas Chainsaw Massacre will look like.

Immediate pre order for me. I hope it means a similar release for The Lighthouse could be in the works. Love Eggers, I think he’s the best director to come out in the last 10 years so I’m thrilled to see Second Sight doing modern masterpieces like this and Drive along with classics like Dawn of the Dead and Texas Chainsaw. Those titles along with The Hitcher make Second Sight one of the best companies for 4K releases.

Missed out on this one. Going for over $100 on eBay now, so I can't really justify it. 😭 Excellent movie! I didn't like Hereditary, but loved this one & Midsommar. I'll be giving Hereditary another go. A24 is hit-or-miss; mostly hit for me. Thx for the review. 😎 Midsommar (Mid-so-MAR, not midsummer) is phenomenal! I've gotta grab the special edition so I can see the director's cut. 💯

Great flick , bought this when it came out from zavvi on steelbook.. dont think i will upgrade to 4k, even though it looks a great release from 2nd sight..

Aside from the cinematography and production, I really didn't like The Witch. It felt like "it's an indie flick! you HAVE to think it's awesome!" I was bored out of my mind. The Lighthouse, on the other hand, was fantastic.

Oddly I felt the same - but the opposite way around. I adore The VVitch, and was sadly underwhelmed by The Lighthouse. Each to their own I guess, haha
