Not making the Olympic team was the best thing for her. She’s hell bent on embarrassing the haters and she is.

Here are some thoughts from a european that isn't even all that interested in Basketball or the NBA to begin with let alone WNBA. But i find the current situation in WNBA VERY entertaining! It's somewhat of an underdog story that we all love. Veteran players try to hold CC down, on court and off while she remains calm, collected and just delivers on court with incredible skill, humility, persistence. Basically with all the traits EVERYONE wishes they had, me included.

Very fun. The games are fun to watch. CC or Mitchell have ended up going ballistic every game since the break, and sometimes both.

See how they are when everything's on the line? 😂😂 That is when Caitlin is at her best. After the Olympic break she saw the rest of the schedule as the playoffs. It's amazing to watch. They say....She cant do this and she cant do that! That is all the motivation she needs. And with her building chemistry with her teammates. There are going to be dangerous! It's been alot of fun to watch!

I live in Indianapolis and i can’t wait for her to be the head of a parade!!!! She’s going to do great Things in silence with a smile and collect all this hate so when she takes over the league in the next 1-2 years!!!! This is going to be a great thing to see the next 15 years #TeamCC22

There will definitely be a few parades coming soon. I couldnt imagine what it's like right now actually being in Indy. The hype is insane and this really is just the beginning!

Funny thing is, because they didn’t bring CC with them to Paris, she was able to go on holiday and rest up a bit. So they motivated her by snubbing her and got her rested. And they’ll pay the price!

For many years other wmba teams beated FEVER. Never saw the FEVER as a threat. Thought of playing them as scrimmage games. Now 🕯️💣🎇🎆🌋 it seems like the wnba league is 🤯😠😡😤🤬. The temperature is 🌡️🌋. Its seems like the FEVER is a threat. And to all you 😠😡😤🤬 haters congratulations the FEVER and their fans are coming to your TOWN

Think of this Clark after her 1st two years in college she molded Iowa into a team that went back to back in the finals. That was with dog shit players, none of whom were McDonalds top 100 players Now she molding Indy with good players like Boston, Mitchell, Hull and others. And she's only been with them for a few months and she has them moving up in the standings, beating the teams ahead of them This should have WNBA Teams scared. oh, and if you're going to mention turn overs at least be smart enough to qualify that statement. You'd be better to mention her assist to turn over ratio which is 1.53:1 which puts her in the top half of the best 20 guards in the WNBA. For example the best guard on the olympic team Copper has a ratio on 0.9:1

In a sense, Clark joined the Fever at the perfect time. She was always going to be picked first, i.e. by a bad team, but the Fever already had a few pieces she can pass to. Being drafted at the beginning of their trouble would have made things much harder.
@CourtsideChase4 ай бұрын
I completely agree with that. Having Lexie, Aliyah, Kelsey and Nalyssa has made things so much easier. Over half the team was drafted in the last couple years alone. Now she gets the benefit of playing with multiple really good young players. It really was the perfect situation. They get to start their own dynasty together

This is comparing Caitlin Clark, professional basketball player for the Indiana Fever of the Women's National Basketball Association to many women she competes with. Then I realized that I described my kind of woman. ***** NO lip gloss, NO triple-layer eyelashes, NO hair extensions, NO additions to the uniform, NO makeup, NO jewelry, NO LOOK AT ME! How can CC-22 outshine us just playing basketball? And smiling?

WNBA needs to unite for benefit of all players in league . Caitlin goes out of her way to at least try by sticking to basketball. The women in league who are obviously jealous need to lose that so women can be respected about being sincere concerning the women’s movement. At the moment it’s shameful how they are acting and a real setback for their cause !

There is no question Aja Wilson is the best player in the game except when going against Cardodoso. But Valuable? Lets put value in the word valuable. What is Wilson’s value to the Aces? What is Wilson’s value to the WNBA? What is Wilson’s value to overall attendances and TV viewerships? What is Wilson’s value to her community? Like I said Best Player in the league but MVP no way.
@CourtsideChase4 ай бұрын
Mvp doesn't mean mvp anymore and hasn't for awhile, It always goes to the best player in the league

What happens if CC plays off the charts, and the Fever beat LV twice? And… the Fever pass them in the standings??? AW still wins no question, I have zero issue with that, but CC will make it more difficult, just sayin’. ☑️👌😎🤣 JP

So MVP is a points award? Not really about who has been the most valuable to their team and overall to the league? So why call it MVP? Why not M.P.P. most points player?
@CourtsideChase4 ай бұрын
Aja is having the best scoring season in wnba history and is by far the best defender too. Caitlins time will come
@cupiddstunt4 ай бұрын
At 1.15 you claim "wilson is obviously going to win it". Really?? FACT. Currently Wilson while surrounded by stars is upping her stats from last season but her team is going backwards so where is her value????????? How does that make her first choice for MVP? Currently her team is going backwards so she is of NO VALUE except to herself. I understand that ego and dumb statements go hand in hand in America, well not just hand in hand but actively cheered and revered in some quarters. You just need to look no further than Trump to see the lunatics are running the asylum. But to place Wilson who can do nothing to stop her team collecting loses. Above a rookie that has lifted a team “locked in the basement” for the last 7 seasons, up to a team no one really wants to face. A rookie that has been victim of 17.5% of the whole of the leagues flagrant fouls, and they still can't stop her, a rookie that is setting records so often it is almost becoming boring, Ohhh really ok what record has she smashed this time. And you have Wilson as MVP???????????

I had to stop listening. The downspeak was driving me crazy.
@lionden84214 ай бұрын
Thank you for not crowning CC as MVP, like everyone else is doing. I love to watch her but there are many other vets, not to mention Kelsey Mitchell, who are racking up points, stats and wins.
@CourtsideChase4 ай бұрын
Yeah Caitlin has been unreal but Aja alone is having one of the greatest seasons ever as well. Possibly the best scoring season in league history and also the best defender in the league. Caitlin's time will come
@sheldonwaves23814 ай бұрын
Everybody is saying unanimously it’s Aja. What r u talking about. Tbh CC should be MVP. The award doesn’t always have to go to the best player. It’s the most “valuable”key word.
@lionden84214 ай бұрын
@@sheldonwaves2381 You have a point. I would agree that CC has had the biggest "impact/value" on any team in the W. (Like Brady did wherever he played). Hard to argue with Aja as a player... But it sure looks like CC will get MVP multiple times before she's done.
