Technically beast does show his final form in the comics and if i were to describe it id probably say imagine bigfoot crossed with a bull and a bear he looks like a big hulking shaggy beast with long round pointy horns and is actually close to if not the same size as bigbys wolf final form so it does make some pretty good sense he would be powerful like bigby only being held back by his innocent nature

I always thought it would've been fitting for the fairy-tale-characters-in-sad-reality thing if Beast had become physically abusive towards Beauty. Snow White's Prince Charming cheated on her, so I always pictured a more emotional scenario of Bigby fighting Beast because he was saving Beauty from him.
